FAQ

Psychotherapy is for everyone. Whether you’re struggling with overwhelming anxiety, feeling stuck, lost, frustrated or hopeless, psychotherapy provides a safe and private space to work through these issues. Most importantly, as an objective outsider, your psychotherapist will guide you through what you may not be able to see yourself. That said, psychotherapy is beneficial to everyone. Even those not struggling from mental health issues stand to gain immeasurable benefits from having a sounding board, an ear, a space to vent and most of all, learning strategies to achieve their goals. At its core, a psychotherapy session is 50 minutes of pure YOU time. It’s the one place where you can be completely honest, raw and real without fear of criticism or judgement.

Services are covered by most extended health insurance plans. Please contact your insurance provider to see if your plan covers Psychotherapy.
