Allsop sheds light on how conflict resolution quality, forgiveness, and attachment styles are related to sexual satisfaction within relationships. According to his study couples with higher levels of conflict resolution quality and forgiveness reported higher levels of sexual satisfaction. Additionally, couples who are less anxiously and avoidantly attached tended to have higher levels of sexual satisfaction. Becoming more aware of your relationship dynamic may help you and your partner develop a stronger relationship.
